Music is so powerful.

Music can help a premature newborn entrain to healthier vital signs. It can be a way for children who are victims of domestic violence learn how to express themselves in non-violent ways. Music can reduce pain, stimulate endorphins and promote healing for cancer patients during treatments.  It can help shine a light on societal challenges and issues while helping bring communities closer together.  Music can help us live longer, smarter and more creatively.  And when our time is finally up, music can help make our passage less painful by accompanying us with soothing sounds and vibrations as we transition.

This flute is based on a five-note pentatonic scale - there are no wrong notes! The focus is not on performing or playing 'perfectly' but on self-expression, meditation and improvisation. Playing the Native American flute can have some transformative benefits, such as:
